What You Will Do
We are looking for a concept-driven Creative to join our talented Creative Team. This role is all about developing strong, impactful ideas that bring our brand and products to life. From advertising campaigns to storytelling and brand concepts, you’ll be at the forefront of how we communicate with our audiences.
In this role, you’ll focus on concept development and the translation in design to effective assets. While design skills are a must-have, your primary strength lies in your ability to think big, create compelling ideas, and translate them into campaigns that resonate with millions of people.
Our mission, vision, and brand values should come through clearly in everything we create. In the fast-paced tech world, where our software solutions thrive, it's crucial that different groups understand the value we provide—be it potential customers or industry experts. The way we express this through videos, ads, animations, and printed materials is really important. Our campaigns reach millions of people each month, so our creative work needs to grab attention and engage audiences. In today's competitive tech landscape, great designs and strong conceptual ideas sets us apart.
You'll work on improving how we do things and will collaborate with creative teammates at our Breda headquarters, as well as colleagues in 15 offices around the world. It's important that everyone delivers high-quality and consistent designs. Your experience in graphic design will help you share knowledge and work well with others to make our creative efforts even better.

- Expertise in Adobe. The Creative Suite holds no secrets for you
- All round experience. From video and design to concepting

- A curious, pragmatic, commercial, and self-starter mindset
- Residence within commuting distance from our Breda office
- Fluency in English
