About The Job

We’re looking for a Senior Java Software Engineer to join our team and make a real impact! You’ll contribute to cutting-edge projects that are shaping the future of our company and the industry. While coding will make up around 20–30% of your time, the role goes beyond writing code, you’ll be configuring services and proxies, reviewing code, and working on infrastructure to ensure our systems run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive technical excellence by leading architecture design, making strategic tech decisions, and ensuring high code quality through reviews and refactoring.
• Mentor and support the team by providing guidance, sharing knowledge, and fostering continuous improvement and collaboration within the development team.
• Own the full development lifecycle, from implementing new features and writing tests to monitoring services, deploying across environments, and ensuring post-release stability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Owners, QA, and stakeholders to align development with business goals and manage risks effectively.
• Play a key role in team growth, supporting onboarding processes and participating in technical interviews to build and strengthen the team.
  
  

Bring to the Team

• Deep expertise in Java (modern versions), Spring Framework, and microservices architecture, with solid knowledge of RESTful API design principles.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, messaging systems (Kafka, MQ), and API testing tools like Postman.
• Proficient in monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana and Kibana, ensuring service reliability in production.
• Strong foundation in software architecture, system design, and microservices best practices, with the ability to align technical vision across teams.
