Salary range: 37k - 40k annual gross

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to play a key role in transforming current systems into robust, scalable and fully automated environments. 🖱️

📍 Entre Campos, Lisbon

Hybrid project (you have to be based in Portugal)

Who are we looking for?

• Proven experience with AWS services, especially S3, ECS (Fargate, clusters, autoscaling), CodeBuild, and CodeDeploy;
• Strong knowledge of networking, including VPCs, Load Balancers, and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform;
• Deep understanding of system monitoring and metrics;
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

What will you work on?

• Taking full ownership of the current infrastructure, understanding how systems are connected, and ensuring seamless operations;
• Design and manage a CI/CD pipeline, transitioning from manual deployment to fully automated processes;
• Lead the development and optimization of our monitoring, alerting, and log ingestion platforms (e.g., ELK stack);
• Collaborate with the development team to build scalable, efficient solutions for growing service complexity;
• Setting the path and building a DevOps team aligned with long-term engineering needs.
