Job Description

As a Full Stack Developer with a stronger emphasis on backend development, you will focus on building responsive websites, scalable web applications, and interactive experiences. You’ll be responsible for writing clean, maintainable code, with a focus on JavaScript, Node.js, and PHP. You should be adaptable to the fast-paced nature of advertising, able to work efficiently under tight deadlines, and flexible in delivering innovative solutions. A solid understanding of backend technologies, databases, and security best practices is essential.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cross-browser compatible responsive websites, dynamic web applications, and rich interactive experiences.
• Collaborate with Creative and Technical team members to ensure the feasibility of their designs within technical and financial constraints.
• Guide and support the team by removing blockers and ensuring progress.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, methodologies, and standards.
• Help define project timelines, manage scope, and provide accurate estimates for development tasks.
• Create rapid prototypes and assist in building capabilities through extra projects.
• Perform maintenance and system operations for ongoing projects.
• Design and deploy schemas, and manage SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases as required.
• Support internal automation tools and systems.
• Ensure compliance with security standards across all projects.
  
  

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience building modern web applications with a focus on backend technologies such as Node.js and PHP.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS, with a focus on backend integration and responsive web development.
• Comfortable working with diverse frameworks and backend technologies.
• Experience with Node.js, PHP, and handling data formats like JSON and XML.
• Proficiency in working with various database types (SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL).
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Experience with third-party APIs.
• Knowledge of cloud environments such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Understanding of Photoshop and the ability to extract assets from PSD files.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A collaborative team player with the ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Passion for creating high-quality, award-winning work.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• A strong appreciation for design aesthetics and user experience.
• Experience with Python.
• Knowledge of AI development and related technologies.
• Knowledge of WebGL, WebRTC, and/or WebAR.
• Familiarity with animation tools (Greensock, Canvas, CSS, jQuery, or ImpactJS) is a plus.
