Senior User Experience Designer

Smartstamp is building a universal language for identification and authentication in the art world.

Our mission is to value art through secure, sustainable, and easy-to-use technology designed for everyone in the ecosystem. Using our patented AI, we create a unique ‘fingerprint’ for physical artworks, linking them to digital records without altering the work itself.

We're looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to shape how users experience Smartstamp, both in our products and across our brand. 

You’ll help build intuitive, elegant interfaces while also playing a key role in maintaining visual and tonal consistency across all channels, working closely with our Head of Marketing and Head of Product.

What You’ll Do

• Design Product Interfaces: Create user-centric, visually polished designs for Smartstamp’s mobile and web applications, focusing on clarity, usability, and elegance.
• Own the UX Process: Lead user research, define personas and journeys, and develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Ensure Brand Consistency: Oversee the design language and visual identity across digital channels, ensuring alignment between product UI, website, social media, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with product managers, developers, and the Head of Marketing to ensure unified user experiences and messaging across the entire ecosystem.
• Develop and Maintain Design Systems: Build scalable design systems and UI libraries for consistent implementation and faster iteration.
• Conduct User Testing: Gather feedback to continuously improve usability and interaction design.

Your Profile

• Experience: 4+ years in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio spanning both product and brand work. Bonus for SaaS, art-related tech, or startup experience.
• Tools: Skilled in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like Framer or Protopie.
• Brand Sensibility: Ability to translate brand identity into cohesive visual systems across interfaces, social, and marketing assets.
• Strategic Thinking: Strong understanding of UX principles, design systems, and how design supports business goals.
• Problem Solver: You approach challenges creatively and independently, with a proactive mindset and a drive to find thoughtful, user-centered solutions.
• Communication: Clear, thoughtful communicator in English (C1+), comfortable collaborating across teams.

Extra Credits: Motion design, light front-end understanding (HTML/CSS), experience with Web3, AI, or creative platforms, art industry experience.
