Responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in data analytics, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
- Proven experience leading and mentoring teams of analytics professionals across different geographies, preferably in the EMEA region.
- Experience in analytics development, data modeling, and data visualization tools (e.g., Oracle Analytics Cloud, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Python, R).
- Strong understanding of cloud-based data platforms and technologies (e.g., OCI, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Experience with advanced analytics techniques (e.g., predictive modeling, machine learning, statistical analysis) is a plus.
- Formal training in a quantitative field, such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Economics is a plus.
- Leadership & Management Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development, coaching, and mentoring.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of driving analytics excellence and aligning analytics teams with business goals.
- Technical Skills:
- Expertise in data analysis, SQL, and statistical tools.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with data engineering processes, data warehousing, and ETL pipelines.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira project management tools is a plus.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to create a vision for the team and align analytics initiatives with broader business objectives.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to approach complex business challenges with innovative solutions.
- Collaboration: Demonstrated success in building cross-functional relationships and working effectively with diverse teams.
- Results-Oriented: Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, while balancing short-term and long-term priorities.
