HR/Payroll Assistant
Summary Location: Cluj (Hybrid)
Candidates must be open to working Hybrid, 3 days Cluj office based, 2 days remote per week.
Day Rate: Negotiable
Duration: 12 Months (with a view to convert to permanent)
Availability: ASAP
About the Client
My client is the air transport industry's IT provider, delivering solutions for airlines, airports, aircraft and governments. Their technology powers more seamless, safe and sustainable air travel.
They are looking to hire a HR/Payroll Assistant to join on a contract basis to support the wider HR/Payroll Function.
About the Role
Provide administrative support for Payroll and General HR activities. Provide advice and support to internal and external customers based on a thorough understanding of processes, procedures, and policies as well as general knowledge of HR.
Participate in HR Operations projects and roll out of programs.
Key Duties:
- HR Administration
- Payroll
- Onboarding/Offboarding Staff
- Working with the external Payroll Vendor
- Data entry
- Touch point for staff members with queries around payroll and general HR
What we are looking for Experience
• 1-2 years working within a HR role/function
• Technical skills required to use common applications including MS Office Suite PowerPoint with advanced knowledge of Word & Excel.
• Experience working with Romanian payroll
• Strong Communication skills and ability to learn quickly.
