Project Coordinator EMEA, Renewables

Job Description

UL Solutions Renewables is seeking a Project Coordinator to support our Project Managers (data management and monitoring, project planning, and system improvement).

This role is hybrid from Izmir, Turkey.

Responsibilities

• Project planning and coordination:
• Assist project managers and staff members as necessary to perform their work
• Set up projects in PSA, Oracle.
• Process billing and invoicing in our fulfillment systems
• Project and Revenue Reporting: Collect data from a variety of sources. Evaluate and interpret data and draws conclusions.
• Prepare reports that include recommendations and supporting arguments.
• Assist in developing and delivering presentations of reports.
• May assist in the development and implementation of programs.
• Perform general team and project administration, organization, and process
• Support with compilation, formatting, and editing of PPT presentations for internal trainings, meetings, etc.
  

Qualifications

• University degree (Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field)
• First experience required in a similar role.
• Knowledge about local tax regulations as well as the specificities of Turkish clients' invoicing
• Fluent in English speaking and writing as well as Turkish.
• Demonstrated ability to execute projects to achieve stated objectives. Working knowledge of objectives, processes, and procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to keep all projects on schedule and ensure that project and program data are complete.
• Demonstrated ability to use various PC-based software packages for moderately complex word processing, graphics and spreadsheets.
• Experience in ERP systems such as Oracle and Fulfillment systems such as Salesforce and PSA is a plus.
• Excellent social and interpersonal skills, along with strong life management abilities.
