We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer who are based in countries that are either 3 hours behind or 2 hours ahead of the UAE with 8+ years of experience in developing and scaling high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate has a strong command of AngularJS and ReactJS, coupled with deep expertise in debugging and performance optimization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrates extreme ownership, and is passionate about building exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead frontend development using AngularJS, delivering scalable, maintainable, and high-quality code.
• Design and implement reusable components based on detailed design specifications.
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to create intuitive, high-performing interfaces.
• Drive platform evolution by adopting cutting-edge technologies and ensuring a future-proof frontend architecture.
• Optimize application performance using tools like Lighthouse, TTFB, and Core Web Vitals.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to uphold high standards of code quality.
• Translate product requirements and designs into functional, engaging features.
• Proactively suggest the best implementation approaches in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Integrate analytics tools such as Amplitude and Google Analytics to provide user insights and improve product decisions.
• Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure robust frontend behavior.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve complex frontend issues with advanced debugging skills.
• Continuously improve frontend performance and observability with the right tooling and monitoring.
• Mentor junior developers, sharing technical knowledge and promoting best practices.
• Work closely with Backend teams to build and maintain reliable APIs.
• Actively participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to iterative process improvements.
• Stay up to date with the latest frontend trends, tools, and frameworks, and drive innovation within the team.
• Contribute to the technical roadmap and strategy of frontend development.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 8 years of overall experience with 4 years of experience in AngularJS & ReactJS
• Strong understanding of frontend performance optimization and best practices.
• Experience using Storybook for component collaboration and development.
• Deep knowledge of codebase structure, architecture, and design patterns.
• Familiarity with SPA and SSR implementation techniques.

Nice-to-Have:

• Background in fintech domains.
• Experience with React Native or additional modern frameworks.
• Knowledge of other programming languages is a plus.
