We’ve partnered with a leading FinTech that’s scaling its engineering function and looking to appoint a Head of Infrastructure & DevOps. This individual will own infrastructure strategy, reliability engineering, and cloud operations - leading a team of 15 and reporting directly to the CTO.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Leading infrastructure, DevOps, and SRE across production and non-production environments
• Evolving a high-scale, secure Azure-based infrastructure
• Implementing best-in-class observability, reliability, and automation practices
• Managing platform uptime, CI/CD pipelines, and incident response procedures
• Collaborating with Security, Product, and Engineering stakeholders to improve developer velocity and system resilience
• Driving initiatives to reduce complexity, improve system health, and scale operations with growth

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Head/Lead of Infrastructure, DevOps, or Site Reliability
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud architecture and services
• Hands-on exposure to Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD (GitHub Actions or similar), and monitoring tools like Datadog or Prometheus
• Track record of managing infrastructure in regulated, high-availability environments
• Leadership experience overseeing infrastructure/DevOps teams of 10+ engineers
• Background working within tier-one fintechs
