DevOps Engineer

Your role

We are looking for someone who is experienced with configuring and maintaining Kubernetes clusters. Your responsibility at Saab Ltd will be to configure and maintain the hardware and software of our development and production cluster.

• Ceph
• Vault
• Databases (structured and unstructured)
• Network security

Your profile

Required skills:

• Experience as a DevOps Engineer or System Administrator.
• Experience configuring and maintaining a Kubernetes cluster.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum three years of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English, verbal and written.
• Open-minded and fast learner.
  
  
  

Desired skills:

• Experience deploying Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with tools like Ansible, SaltStack etc.
• Knowledge of containers and microservice-based architectures.
• Experience configuring and maintaining structured and unstructured databases like Postgres and MongoDB.
• Ability to implement and maintain DevOps Security (DevSecOps) protocols.
• Network security and optimization experience.
• Experience implementing CI/CD and testing pipelines like Gitlab, Jenkins, Tekton etc.
• Data science/AI knowledge or interest.
• Any programming skills, like Python or Julia.
