Join the Reference Data team at Euroclear as an experienced Application Designer. You’ll transform challenging business and technical requirements into maintainable IT solutions, working closely with colleagues and external suppliers to find optimal, customer-centric solut

Role

• Translate Functional Requirements into Technical Solutions
• Challenge Business Requirements to design robust applications
• Collaborate with Technical Stakeholders for the best solutions
• Review Dev Builds for alignment with Design patterns
• Coordinate infrastructure delivery for applications
• Ensure quality of delivered assets
• Oversee Production Launch
• Suggest improvements in an Agile environment
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT
• Extensive experience as a software engineer
• Proven track record in delivering complex, scalable systems
• Proficient in .NET, Entity Framework, SQL, Database Management
• Experience in API design and development
• Strong understanding of Software Architectures & Design Patterns
• Knowledge of secure coding practices, data structures, and resilient systems
• Experience with SDLC; DevOps experience is a plus
• Ability to understand business processes
• Knowledge of specific business lines (Settlement, banking, collateral) is an asset

About The Team

The Group Business Solutions (GBS) division ensures the competitiveness of Euroclear by delivering reliable and sustainable IT solutions for the financial securities markets. Our technical teams deliver new IT solutions and improve existing applications for both our internal and external clients. We deploy changes into the production environment in a controlled and structured way that doesn't compromise production stability and we ensure applicative production support.
