Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Data Analyst to drive data-driven decision-making and optimization across all marketing channels within our Forex and CFDs trading business. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience analyzing performance data from both digital and offline campaigns, developing detailed reports, and providing actionable insights to enhance marketing spend, conversion rates, and overall ROI. This role requires strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, and proficiency in tools such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization platforms like Power BI or Tableau.


Responsibilities

  • Analyze digital marketing data (Google Ads, social media, email, display) to track spend, impressions, clicks, CPA, and FTDs.
  • Provide detailed performance breakdowns by region, language, and campaign type.
  • Assess offline marketing impact on overall performance.
  • Track full marketing funnel from engagement to live account conversion, identifying drop-offs and bottlenecks.
  • Calculate KPIs like FTD cost, CPA, LTV, and ROI; recommend optimizations.
  • Collaborate with CRM and data teams for unified marketing insights.
  • Build and manage dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, etc., for real-time KPI tracking.
  • Use SQL, Excel, and other tools for data extraction and ad hoc analysis.


Required Experience

  • 3–5 years in data analytics or marketing analysis, ideally in digital marketing or financial services.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data, deliver insights, and optimize campaigns.
  • Experience in Forex, CFDs, or trading platforms is a strong plus.
  • Skilled in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Familiar with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data warehousing.
  • Strong grasp of digital marketing metrics, funnel analysis, and conversion tracking.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and data mining.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Commercially minded with a focus on ROI and marketing efficiency.
  • Effective multi tasker with strong collaboration skills across teams.
