Akkodis is currently searching for an Agile Coach to help both business and IT stakeholders learn, adopt, and persist agile practices for the federal client.


Job Summary:

  • Development and coaching of Agile teams including those practicing Scrum and Kanban.
  • Provide guidance to teams on how to transition to and operate in agile delivery environments and how to resolve complex problems, growing capability across the organization.
  • Provide integrated coaching and guidance to the Product Team and Pods leadership to cultivate high-performing agile teams.
  • Drives continuous improvement of Agile practices and processes with an influence on industry best practices; investigates and (where necessary) escalates all delivery issues to support effective resolution and increase team performance.
  • Supports business and technology ownership to ensure their ability / agile competencies to complete key activities required for agile delivery, including roadmap and story map development and how those activities translate to traditional approaches such as functional decomposition and architectural alignment.


The successful candidate must possess the following skills and experience:

  • PSPC Level 1 Enhanced Reliability Security Clearance.
  • 10+ years practicing Agile, including Scrum and/or Kanban.
  • 5+ years as a coach/transformation advisor at an enterprise level, including coaching senior leaders.
  • Must have an Advanced Agile Certification.
  • Experience in facilitating agile training, including but not limited to using agile principles to improve workflows, tools, artifacts, frameworks, agile mindset, etc.
  • Experience in the application and execution of agile frameworks for streamlining software development processes.
  • Experience advising on the organizational change required to support agile adoption and transformation, including systems, processes, and management practices.
  • Must have a functional understanding of government or financial industries.
  • University degree in an IT-or business related discipline from a recognized university.
  • Bilingual in French and English is an asset.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps is an asset.
