Agile Coach

We are seeking a Lead Agile Coach to drive the end-to-end delivery of strategic data initiatives. This role is critical to enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. Reporting to the Data & Technology Manager, the role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-impact data products.

Job Type: Contractual – W2 without benefits

Estimated Contract Duration: 6 - 12 months, possible extension

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Agile project execution across the software development life cycle using Scrum methodologies
• Foster collaboration across engineering teams and business partners to ensure effective delivery
• Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups
• Track progress through velocity metrics, burndown charts, and release planning tools
• Mentor Agile teams and champion best practices in Agile and technical project management
• Manage project risks, resources, and interdependencies to deliver business value
• Support consistent planning and reporting across multiple product initiatives

Qualifications

• 8+ years in project management with a focus on technology and process improvement
• Demonstrated expertise in Agile frameworks and managing distributed teams
• Strong understanding of data engineering, governance, and quality principles
• Proven leadership in hybrid Scrum Master and Technical Project Manager roles
• PMP, CSM, or PMI-ACP certification preferred
• Experience in complex, fast-paced environments with evolving priorities
