Regional Sales Manager

We are actively looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager, the first person on the ground, based in Ukraine to further grow and expand the business and operation in Eastern Europe with direct influence on leading the region.

This role offers a unique opportunity to build and grow the company’s presence in a dynamic market, with potential to develop into a full territory management position.

With a dynamic team of over 200 employees outside Ukriane mostly in the UK and the Nordics , they are ready to boldly venture into new countries and seize these opportunities.

What to bring to the table:

8+ years of sales experience with a focus on one of the following markets- Cyber Security, Networking, Storage throughout Ukraine

Successful track record running the entire sales cycle and strong sales performance. Demonstrated success in opening new territories and building business from ground up. Fluency in English a must. Results orientated with the ability to exceed quota and forecast effectively

Deep understanding of the Ukrainian frist and Eastern European market second, including business culture and regulatory landscape is a must.
