We are seeking a talented Middle Business Analyst to join our team and play a vital role in launching and executing client-focused projects and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate is eager to advance their professional skills and is open to exploring new opportunities within a rapidly expanding company. Our projects span a wide range of domains, including green energy, dental care, e-commerce, document management, etc.. The successful candidate will be involved in multiple projects from inception to completion, with a focus on supporting pre-sales efforts, interacting with clients to gather requirements, clarify goals, and acting as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams. Your contributions will be essential for achieving successful project outcomes and driving the growth of the business.

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset
• Experience with requirements elicitation techniques and documentation standards
• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, BPMN tools, or other business analysis software
• Proficiency in creating user stories, process diagrams, and wireframes
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with experience in facilitating workshops and stakeholder meetings
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
• At least Upper-Intermediate English level
  
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to elicit requirements and clarify objectives
• Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to define and prioritize business needs
• Create detailed specifications, user stories, and process flows
• Define and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle
• Identify and analyze potential risks and propose mitigation strategies
• Work closely with QA and Development teams to ensure test cases and implementation align with business requirements
• Monitor project progress, deliverables, and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Support product backlog management and prioritization
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams
• Participate occasionally in pre-sales activities from a Business Analysis perspective
