We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our Vector team in Barcelona. You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing our data infrastructure, ensuring seamless data flow and accessibility for machine learning (ML), analytical, and business needs. You will collaborate with a team of top-tier professionals to drive ML initiatives and help shape the future of our product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and optimize ML pipelines, ensuring seamless data integration for machine learning applications.
• Collaborate with data engineers, MLOps teams, and data scientists to deploy ML models and scale them across the organization.
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing ML models and workflows to ensure they meet business objectives and performance criteria.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and apply relevant methodologies to enhance the company's capabilities.
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role for at least 3 years.
• Strong proficiency in Python and common ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Experience with ML pipelines and data integration tools.
• Hands-on experience with data storage solutions such as AWS S3, data lakes, and data warehouses.
• Familiarity with data orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, Dagster).
• Experience deploying and scaling ML models in production environments.
• Experience in building high-load systems.
• Experience with vector databases.
• Experience working on systems that enable highly efficient and high-performance operation of models in production.
• Basic knowledge of working with Rust.

• Experience with ML infrastructure platforms like Databricks.
• Experience working with projects written in Rust
• Experience working in cross-functional teams with data engineers and product managers.
• A strong background in statistics and data science.
