The Role
As a Product Designer, you'll own end-to-end product design journeys—from problem discovery to polished UI—across Shaadi.com's core experiences. You'll blend intuitive UX thinking, sharp visual craft, and data-informed decision-making to elevate how users find and connect with their ideal partner. The Role
As a Product Designer, you'll own end-to-end product design journeys—from problem discovery to polished UI—across Shaadi.com's core experiences. You'll blend intuitive UX thinking, sharp visual craft, and data-informed decision-making to elevate how users find and connect with their ideal partner. We're looking for a confident, collaborative designer who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead design across key product initiatives—from concept to final implementation
- Translate user insights, business needs, and brand direction into exceptional product experiences
- Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes that drive clarity and delight
- Define and evolve Shaadi.com’s design system and digital brand expression
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Engineers, Analysts, and fellow Designers
- Conduct and support usability testing and iterative design improvements post-launch
- Contribute to building a strong design culture through feedback, mentorship, and shared learning
- 4+ years of experience designing for consumer-facing digital products (web & mobile)
- A portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process, visual design finesse, and shipped product features
- Proficiency in Figma (or Sketch), Adobe Illustrator, and After Effects; familiarity with 3D tools (e.g., Blender) is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills—able to articulate design decisions and advocate for users
- Comfort with motion design, micro-interactions, or illustrative storytelling is a big advantage
- A mindset of ownership, experimentation, and continuous improvement
- Experience working on matchmaking, social, or community platforms
- Design system thinking and cross-platform consistency awareness
- Passion for culture-driven design that resonates with Indian and global audiences alike
