Job Description:

• Good knowledge -on experience with Linux Server Configuration, Firewall Setup, VPN Setup, LAN, WLAN. (Mandatory).
• Experience in LAN (Switching), WAN (Routing).
• VTP ,Spanning tree, STP
• Good Knowledge in TCP/IP, VLANs, Routing/Switching, DNS, DHCP is MUST
• Good understanding of OSI Model, TCP/IP protocol suite (IP, ARP, ICMP, TCP, UDP, SNMP, FTP, TFTP).
• Experiences in VLANS, Tagging - IEEE 802.1q, 802.3ad, 802.1d,802.1w.
• Experiences on routing protocols – IS-IS, OSPF, BGP
• Administration and Management of Juniper Switches, Routers, Firewall management.
• Providing remote infrastructure support and configuration of VPN.
• Good in tools – Solar wind, PRTG, Whatsup gold, HPNA
• Good understanding of OSI Model, TCP/IP protocol suite (IP, ARP, ICMP, TCP, UDP, SNMP, FTP, TFTP).
• Must also prepare standard instructions and Checklists for installation of packages.
• Should be customer centric.
• Providing a positive image of the company through your role being a point of contact with onshore team/customer.
• To ensure that all is work carried out in accordance with ITIL Incident Management guidelines
• Should be able to follow the ticketing process according to the change request phases that are defined.
• Add value to your team environment by being enthusiastic and maintaining a Positive attitude.
• To achieve all team and personal performance goals as defined by the company
• Ensure tickets assigned to the queue are accepted and worked on time
• Monitor 'open' Change tickets
• Adhere to ISO9000 and ISO27001 procedures
• Ensure that your individual training record is kept up to date.
