Role Overview

As a Scrum Master, your primary responsibility is to remove impediments that are beyond the squad’s control and to oversee the roadmap. You focus on improving internal processes and ensuring the squad adheres to Agile methodologies. You support the team in their journey towards self-organization and continuous improvement, rather than taking on the role of a project manager or squad leader.

Responsibilities

• Guide and mentor the Scrum Team
• Build and coach a successful team
• Ensure adherence to Scrum practices
• Support the Product Owner
• Facilitate decision-making and resolve impediments
• Collaborate with Agile coaches and other Scrum Masters
• Facilitate Scrum events
• Analyze squad KPIs and metrics
• Protect the squad from external interferences
• Ensure IT controls and risk management
• Coach towards a customer-centric approach
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience in leading and coaching teams
• Excellent communication and coaching skills
• Strong promotion of Agile values
• Knowledge of Agile frameworks and traditional project management
• Proficiency with tools like Azure DevOps and ServiceNow
• Experience in infrastructure/middleware domains
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Effective planning and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
