About The Role

Disclaimer: This role is designated for people within Poland

We're seeking an ambitious Project Manager (Mid or Senior) to join our Poland-based team (remote within Poland considered, bonus if you're in Warsaw). We're looking for someone who can steer groundbreaking projects, mentor rising talent, and elevate our delivery processes.

Slack, Linear, Notion, Harvest, 1Password, Float, and more

Tasks

• Coordination of software and design development internally and externally
• Working directly with the clients and our project teams, being the main point of contact
• Removing impediments of the project teams
• Managing the budget, scope, and time of the projects
• Taking ownership and being responsible for the project's success
• Writing and managing tasks
  
  

Requirements

✓ 2+ years of experience in Project Management

✓ Solid understanding of the IT industry, fundamental knowledge about technology stacks, development lifecycle and related

✓ Knowledge of Project Management methodologies & frameworks

✓ Experience in working with PM tools like Jira or Linear

🗣 Advanced written and spoken English (min. C1)

🏠 Experience and preference of working remotely

B2B: 8 000 - 13 000 PLN net + VAT

Senior

B2B: 13 000 PLN - 16 000 net + VAT
