About the Role

This newly created role is an opportunity to shape the future of the brand’s online experience. As the UX Digital Designer, you will take ownership of major website initiatives with a focus on user experience, platform enhancements, and data-driven performance optimisation. You’ll work closely with marketing, IT, product, and external partners to roll out new features, deliver site improvements, and drive measurable uplift across key digital metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver major website projects, including platform upgrades, feature rollouts, and user experience initiatives
• Conduct UX audits to identify friction points and implement solutions to enhance usability and conversions
• Design and maintain responsive and visually engaging interfaces across desktop and mobile
• Collaborate with content and design teams to create high-performing landing pages and product experiences
• Use tracking tools (GA, Hotjar, MS Clarity) to monitor site performance and generate insights
• Set up and evaluate A/B tests, using data to guide UX/UI improvements
• Ensure high-quality site updates through thorough QA and testing across devices and browsers

Ideal Candidate

You are a UX and digital design specialist with strong eCommerce experience and a passion for enhancing the customer journey through data and creativity. You’re confident leading web projects, collaborating across teams, and bringing ideas to life that deliver commercial outcomes.
You’ll bring:

• Proven experience in UX/UI design within an eCommerce or digital agency setting
• Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD or Sketch
• Familiarity with A/B testing, CRO strategies, and Google Analytics
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments and cross-functional project work
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills
• Magento and netsuite experience (advantageous but not essential)
