Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager to join our team at Lucky Duck Games. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of a wide range of projects, from board game development to cross-functional initiatives. You'll coordinate with different teams, ensure smooth communication, and manage project timelines and budgets. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project activities, tasks, and timelines across multiple stakeholders.
• Monitor and track project progress to ensure milestones are met on time.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members.
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks to minimize impact on deliverables.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including setting objectives and tracking key deliverables.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring proper allocation of resources and controlling costs.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams to achieve objectives.
• Implement and maintain strong project governance structures to ensure compliance with internal policies and best practices.
• Monitor and report on project KPIs, providing regular updates to senior management.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Experience in leading projects through the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
• Proven track record in project management, including handling multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively manage time, priorities, and budgets.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).
