Job Description:

Nordcode Ehitus is seeking an experienced Solar Panel Installation Project Supervisor to oversee solar installation projects in Estonia and Finland. You will be responsible for managing on-site activities, coordinating field workers, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering projects on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead solar panel installation teams
• Coordinate daily operations and logistics
• Ensure project timelines, quality, and safety standards are met
• Collaborate with project managers and report progress

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in solar panel installation or related field
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
• Knowledge of the English language is highly beneficial
