This position reports to

Warranty Service Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide technical, order, and payment-related assistance/support to the internal and external customers. Each day, you will coordinate with relevant stakeholders to obtain complete case ownership. You will also showcase your expertise by improving customer satisfaction.

The work model for the role is: hybrid

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Leading Salesforce warranty implementation.
• Managing the ordering platform for the warranty team and warranty-related user rights.
• Developing ERP software for warranty processes and ordering interface system testing and coordination.
• Acting as an IS issue-solving consultant.
• Maintaining ERP access rights.
• Participating in process walkthroughs and improvement projects.
  
  

Qualifications for the role

• You are highly skilled in working with ERP systems like SAP, Salesforce, or other relevant tools and the warranty process market.
• You have previous experience in customer service.
• You possess an enhanced knowledge of ERP systems and Salesforce.
• You are passionate about customer-oriented service and systematic task completion.
• You have a degree in (or are currently obtaining) business, logistics, or technical studies.
• You are at ease communicating in English; proficiency in Estonian and Finnish is an advantage.
