One of our companies is currently looking for a Senior Product Manager in Spain, Poland, or Estonia.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will take ownership of the end-to-end product development lifecycle, focusing on optimizing the onboarding and activation experience for new merchants. You'll collaborate across engineering, design, marketing, and data teams to develop strategic roadmaps and translate ideas into impactful solutions. Using a mix of user research, competitive analysis, and data-driven decision-making, you'll define the product vision and prioritize initiatives that drive business growth and user satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity to work across two major e-commerce platforms, contributing to a global product used by thousands of entrepreneurs worldwide.

Accountabilities:

• Define and drive the product roadmap, aligning it with company goals and user needs
• Lead the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration
• Conduct user research and analyze market trends to inform product strategy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver merchant onboarding and retention features
• Use data insights and KPIs to prioritize features and continuously improve the product
• Ensure clear documentation and training materials for internal and external users
• Monitor competitor offerings and industry trends to maintain product differentiation
• Manage stakeholder expectations and gather feedback for continuous improvement
  
  
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in e-commerce or platform-based environments
• Strong background in user-centric design and agile development methodologies
• Experience managing end-customer products with a proven track record of successful launches
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to guide product decisions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
• Familiarity with marketplace platforms, user onboarding, and retention metrics
