Main responsibilities



The Global HR Communications and Employer Brand Lead will drive impactful HR communications and elevate our Employer Brand. In this role, you will craft compelling strategies that enhance employee engagement, support organizational change, and showcase our unique culture to attract top talent worldwide.

Working at the intersection of HR, corporate communications, and change management, you’ll partner with key stakeholders to amplify our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and create magnetic campaigns that position us as an employer of choice.

Strategic Communication Planning

  • Design and implement a holistic communications strategy to identify and support key HR initiatives and priorities, including culture, performance, employee listening (annual survey), diversity, equity & inclusion, talent acquisition and compensation and benefits
  • Translate HR initiatives into clear, impactful communication plans with defined timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Monitor and optimize communication strategies to align with business goals and drive measurable results.

Amplify our Employer Brand

  • Activate our Employee Value Proposition to authentically reflect what makes us a great place to work.
  • Build magnetic campaigns that showcase our unique culture across career sites, social platforms, and recruitment channels
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to transform the candidate journey through compelling storytelling
  • Track and refine employer brand engagement metrics to continuously enhance our reputation as a top employer.

Content Development and Message Delivery: 

  • Craft high-quality, engaging content—emails, newsletters, intranet posts, presentations, FAQs, and more
  • Ensure all HR communications reflect our company’s tone, culture, and brand voice. 

Stakeholder Alignment and Engagement: 

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across departments to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing guidance on best practices for clear, effective communication.

Measurement & Optimization: 

  • Monitor and analyze the impact of communication efforts using engagement metrics, employee feedback, and any relevant data points. 
  • Continuously refine communication strategies based on data-driven insights to improve effectiveness and employee engagement. 

Executive Communications

  • Lead internal and external communications for the Chief People Officer, ensuring their messaging aligns with organizational goals and values.

What you bring

Essential Experience

  • Experience in corporate communications or HR communications. 
  • Proven expertise in developing multichannel communication strategies that achieve measurable outcomes, preferably within a corporate or agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions and their impact on culture and employee experience.
  • Experience supporting executives on their communications, both internally and externally. 
  • Familiarity with internal and external communication tools and platforms.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across global teams.
  • Fluent in English with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.  
  • Industry experience in FMCG or healthcare is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism or related field.
