Senior React UI Developer – Data Dashboards (Telecoms) - REMOTE

We’re on the lookout for a Senior React UI Developer to lead the frontend development of a user-facing data analysis dashboard in the telecoms space. If you’re someone who enjoys autonomy, thrives on turning complex data into clean, intuitive interfaces, and can make design decisions independently, this could be the perfect role for you.

You’ll be part of a collaborative, cross-functional scrum team—including backend engineers and solution architects—building a performant and user-friendly web app that helps users visualize and act on real-time telecom data.

Your Role:

• Take full ownership of the frontend on a greenfield data dashboard project using React.
• Design and implement interactive UI components that make complex datasets easy to explore.
• Define the look, feel, and structure of the interface—there’s no dedicated UX designer, so you’ll shape the experience.
• Collaborate closely with backend developers and architects to connect to APIs and services.
• Maintain high code quality through testing, documentation, and peer reviews.
• Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives as part of an agile scrum team.
• Contribute to the evolution of frontend best practices and technical standards.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of frontend experience, with deep expertise in React.
• Strong design instincts and a track record of crafting UIs without dedicated UX support.
• Experience working with data-rich interfaces (charts, tables, filters, etc.).
• Solid understanding of component architecture, performance optimization, and accessibility.
• Comfortable using Git, Jira, Confluence, and working in agile teams.

Bonus Points For:

• Familiarity with FlutterFlow and Streamlit.
• Experience in containerized environments (e.g., Docker) and CI/CD pipelines.

Work Setup:

• Remote or hybrid flexibility.
• We collaborate across time zones, so some flexibility with meeting times is helpful.
