A global tech brand is on the hunt for a creative Learning Operations Project Manager to join their high-performing, fast-paced team focused on scaling training and knowledge solutions for a large external workforce.

What’s the gig?

You’ll be the operational anchor for learning and development programmes across multiple vendor teams—driving the planning, design, and delivery of training content across a global audience. While you won’t be creating the training content yourself, you’ll be the one ensuring it's captured, polished, packaged and launched via tools like Xyleme, CSOD, Articulate and Adobe. Think strategic enablement meets rock-solid project delivery.

What you’ll be doing:

• Owning and evolving a global knowledge base and learning system that directly impacts customer experience.
• Managing the execution of instructional design projects across digital and in-person learning.
• Coordinating stakeholders (SMEs, business partners, vendors) and holding people accountable to deadlines.
• Acting as the quality gatekeeper and final stop before training assets go live.

What you bring to the table:

• 2–6 years of experience across Instructional Design, Learning Ops, or Creative Project Management.
• Confidence managing cross-functional projects in tools like GST, and delivering on tight deadlines.
• LMS/LCMS savvy with a hands-on approach to tools like Xyleme, CSOD, Articulate, Adobe.
• Natural relationship-builder—able to influence, engage, and challenge stakeholders to raise the bar.
