Main Responsibilities

Develop a vision for the website experience, aligned with business and marketing goals
Plan and prioritize improvements, ensuring the website effectively attracts, educates, and converts visitors
Develop and implement website backlog together with key stakeholders from marketing, product and engineering
Continuously analyze user behavior, run A/B tests, and implement improvements to increase engagement and conversion rates
Track KPIs such as traffic, bounce rates, conversion rates, and SEO performance
Ensure performance, accessibility and mobile responsiveness
Act as a market expert - deeply understand customers, constantly examine competition, propose innovations based on future AI solutions usage trends

Core Requirements

At least 2 years of experience working as a Product Manager or Product Owner, ideally in a growth-focused role
Proven track record managing B2B SaaS websites with a focus on lead generation and conversion
Familiarity with user research, heatmaps, A/B testing, and behavioral analytics
Ability to understand highly technical and AI topics and communicate them to both technical and non-technical audiences
Sense of ownership and accountability, capable to plan your work effectively
Get Things Done attitude, mixed with a creative approach when needed

Salary Range

Gross Salary 4700 - 6700 EUR/month
