Location: Amsterdam preferred (monthly travel required if remote)

Hourly rate: up to €125 per hour

We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to support the launch of a high-profile, customer-facing product at a Leading Technology organisation. This is a key role stepping in during a long-term absence to lead the end-to-end customer experience across web and app platforms.

The Mission:

This is your chance to make a big impact from day one. The product is already in development and will launch globally—starting with a subset of international markets—in September/October 2025. You’ll be driving the product’s customer journey, both pre- and post-purchase, ensuring a seamless, intuitive experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Take full ownership of both the Web and App teams, partnering closely with Engineering Managers.
• Deliver an exceptional front-end customer experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: design, copy, business, product, and multiple engineering teams.
• Navigate a complex stakeholder environment with visibility across the organisation.
• Guide delivery, influence product strategy, and drive global scalability plans for 2026 and beyond.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5–8 years’ experience in a Senior Product Management role within global organisations
• Proven track record launching products across web and mobile app platforms
• Comfortable working with remote and cross-border teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Confident navigating a live, in-flight program and making an immediate impact
• Working knowledge of Jira is essential
• Not overly technical – just fluent in product and comfortable partnering with technical teams
• Contract experience within fast-paced, delivery-driven environments
• Based in Amsterdam or happy to travel there monthly (3–4 days)

Nice to Have:

• Experience working on large-scale global products
• Exposure to regulated industries (insurance, financial services, etc.)
• Experience with tools like Tableau, Grafana, or SQL
