Accountabilities:
- Plan and execute small projects or segments of larger ones, focusing on activities, resources, costs, roles, responsibilities, and quality in line with IT Project Management Methodology (ADF).
- Support senior managers in coordination roles, working primarily during UK business hours.
- Manage scope changes and stakeholder communications, ensuring alignment and project success.
- Cultivate strong relationships with business stakeholders to align on and commit to project goals.
- Lead steering and stakeholder meetings with a focus on status updates, issues, and risk management.
- Assist in budgeting and schedule management to support strategic decision-making and project reporting.
- Strong Project Management acumen, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Business acumen and sensitivity to the global environment.
- Fair understanding of technology terminology and SDLC framework
- Self-driven with a passion for professional excellence and resilience.
- Experience leading small teams, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive attitude.
- Qualifications in agile and/or Lean/Six Sigma frameworks.

- External (to AZ) - Third party suppliers |External networks
- Experience of working with internal and third-party suppliers
- International delivery experience working in global teams
