Responsibilities:
- Act as Scrum Master, focusing on coaching the team towards self-organization and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate Scrum events, discussions, and decision-making.
- Assist in creating and maintaining a well-organized product backlog.
- Identify and maintain relevant metrics for team performance.
- Lead project teams and coordinate project-related activities.
- Define project scope and objectives with the team.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope.
- Measure project performance and report progress.
- Conduct risk analysis and management.
- BSc Degree in Management, Computer Science, Technology, or Engineering.
- 4+ years of experience coordinating software projects and Agile teams in IT.
- Experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience in the software development life cycle.
- B1+ English proficiency.
