What You Can Expect

We are currently seeking a forward-thinking Men's Beachwear Designer to join our Bodywear & Hosiery Business Unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Identify trends and moods for upcoming seasons, tailored to the assigned target product ( Man swimwear, cover-up, towels);
• Boost and drive the evolution of concepts, ensuring style and fabric innovation while aligning with company briefs and maintaining product category consistency with Hugo Boss DNA;
• Guide the design process by adhering to schedules, deadlines, and target costs;
• Attend trade shows and collaborate with manufacturers to source, select, and develop innovative fabrics, yarns, and trimmings;
• Provide detailed technical info and renderings to guarantee development precision;
• Facilitate the product development process to ensure style fit and sample compliance.
  
  

Your Profile

• Possess proven experience in a similar role at an international fashion company;
• Have a background in Fashion Design with expertise in Beachwear;
• Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator;
• Knowledge of 3D software such as CLO3D is a plus;
• Fluent in English;
• Exhibit great organizational skills, capable of working on multiple collections simultaneously;
• Creativity, open-mindedness, and teamwork skills complete the profile.
