We are looking for Scrum Master with below expertise:

• Experience of ERP Implementation using D365 F&O
• Maintaining positive relationships with customers
• Identifying customer needs and overseeing delivery within the business context
• Leading the delivery team managing conflict and ensuring the teams processes and tasks are carried out efficiently
• Managing finances and budgets
• Determining ways to reduce costs without sacrificing customer satisfaction
• Assessing customer feedback and using your creativity to establish improve and refine services
• Building partnerships and liaising with team leaders to determine the company services delivery criteria and solutions for issues that may arise
• ERP Functional Knowledge
• Facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within the team
• Guide and coach the team on Agile Scrum principles and practices
• Ensure the team works collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high quality products
• Work with the Product Owner to prioritize the product backlog
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily standup meetings sprint planning sprint review and sprint retrospective
• Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the team progress
• Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions
• Communicate project status risks and issues to stakeholders
• Track KPIs and help teams deliver high quality products solutions on time
• Ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principles
• Establish and execute a project communication plan
• Monitor or track project milestones and deliverables
• Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems
• Direct or coordinate activities of project personnel
• Assign duties responsibilities and spans of authority to project personnel
• Good skills along with the ability to use business support software
• Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail
