Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces
that enhance our financial technology applications. This role requires strong knowledge of
UI/UX principles, user research, and front-end technologies to bridge the gap between
design and development.
Key Responsibilities:
● Design and implement user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
● Conduct user research, create wireframes, and develop prototypes to improve user
experience.
● Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure
seamless design implementation.
● Optimize user flows and interactions to enhance usability and engagement.
● Maintain design consistency through the development of design systems and style
guides.
● Apply accessibility best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.
● Work closely with front-end developers to translate designs into functional web
components. Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX
design
Required Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a
related field.
● 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications, with a
proven track record of leading design projects. With Portfolio or site examples.
● Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
● Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability
testing. Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design.
● Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
● Ability to lead UI/UX initiatives and drive design strategies in a fast-paced
environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Familiarity with Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) practices and Web Content
Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) principles.
● Experience in the financial technology sector or hedge fund environments.
● Familiarity with design systems, atomic design principles, and responsive design.
● Strong ability to analyze user behavior and translate insights into actionable design
solutions.
● Experience in web development, including front-end frameworks like React, Angular,
or Vue.js.
