Job Description

As a member of our unit P&C function, you are expected to be a strong contributor to the P&C function by developing and making sure that we are compliant in personal administration by providing P&C expert knowledge and advice for the legal unit.   

Your main responsibilities will be:  

  • You will be responsible for the area of P&C personnel administration and payroll together with four P&C Specialists,
  • You will work in close cooperation with different stakeholders/providers within payroll, benefits, work environment, mobility etc.
  • You will support the P&C digitalization agenda, 
  • You will be preparing documents like contracts, contractual changes, certificates,
  • You will be preparing reports for internal and external needs,
  • You will be collecting data for payroll - allowance, sickness, etc. 
  • You will work in cooperation with the accounting department.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you need to have: 

  • at least 2 years of experience as an HR role in personnel administration or payroll,
  • good knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel),
  • ability to communicate confidently and clearly with various audiences in English, both verbally and in writing.  
  • ability to work with various HR systems daily (knowledge of Workday, ServiceNow and Docusign will be an additional asset) 

As a person you need to be passionate about people and to have a strong belief in an individual’s potential. You are self-reliant and motivated with the ability to work as part of a team as well as independently and have the ability to establish trustful relationships. Furthermore, you have good documentation and communication skills. And last but not least are you passionate about our culture and values and the IKEA Brand.
