We are looking for a Senior Project Manager for one of our North American customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive account growth through effective hiring and budget planning.
  • Oversee people management, focusing on hiring, performance management, engagement, and personal growth.
  • Provide regular status updates to all relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships while enhancing coordination with key stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks by implementing effective risk management strategies.
  • Assist teams with process setup and actively participate in project planning.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as Project Manager, working with teams 20+ people.
  • Experience working with teams, who deliver different products in the same company
  • Ability and readiness to manage few teams simultaneously
  • Understanding of SDLC, Scrum, SAFe
  • Practical experience with SAFe, ability to lead team into this process
  • Experience in risk management (identify-communicate-act)
  • Experience in creating new teams, active involvement in hiring process
  • Attentiveness to details
  • Good organizational skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • English - Advanced
