What would you do?

Job Description:

Require backend developers: NodeJS

• It is ok if they have passing HTML/CSS skills since they wont be doing much frontend development
• Kubernetes understanding at the least and experience is desirable
• ECS skills
• Be aware of Service Mesh and nice to have if they have worked on Service mesh

Developer attributes that are critical:

1. Need to know more than one programming language and evidence they have done projects in both
2. Need to be genuinely interested and curious about the big problem and not be limited in thinking about their own feature
