Product Coach/Agile Coach

Role: Agile Coach

Location: Canada

• Coach cross-functional teams, Product Owners, and leaders on Agile principles, frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), and best practices.
• Guide the setup, configuration, and effective use of Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog management, sprint planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Implement and embed Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) at the team and program level to ensure strategic alignment and outcome-driven delivery.
• Establish and track key Agile metrics (velocity, cycle time, lead time, team health, predictability) to drive continuous improvement and transparency.
• Conduct Agile maturity assessments and build tailored coaching plans to evolve team capabilities.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (standups, retrospectives, PI Planning, OKR reviews) and ensure continuous feedback loops are established.
• Collaborate with product leadership to align delivery with business goals, customer needs, and OKRs.
• Train teams and leadership on the practical application of Agile values and principles within large, complex environments.
• Foster a data-driven culture by coaching teams to use metrics for decision-making, risk management, and forecasting.
• Support organizational Agile transformation initiatives by identifying impediments, coaching change management, and enabling a shift toward an outcome-oriented mindset.
• Provide hands-on coaching to teams at different Agile maturity levels, from forming to high-performing.
