Java Developer Contract

Our client is currently on the look out for a Java Developer with 7+ years experience building high-performing, scalable, enterprise-grade applications. Roles and responsibilities include designing and developing Java/Java EE applications whilst supporting the full software development lifecycle.

This role falls inside Outside IR35, paying between up to £400/- a day for the right candidate depending on expeirence

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Java Developer with flexibility for remote work. As a Java Developer, you will be responsible for software development, building web applications and integrations.

Qualifications

• Excellent Software Development and Programming skills
• Experienced in Spring Framework
• Proficiency in Java programming & Web application frameworks
• Experience and knowledge of Javascript
• Follows strong coding and security standards (e.g. OWASP Top 10)
• Ability to work with SQL(Oracle) and NoSQL data sources
• Some experience with Front End JavaScript frameworks like React
• Experienced in Azure DevOps with knowledge of release management using CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate and share technical knowledge as required by the team
• Ability to contribute and deliver technical designs when required
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Some experience with Front End JavaScript frameworks like ReactJS
• Experienced Working in Agile (Scrum) teams
