Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with experience in Requirements Engineering for Mobile Banking projects. This role involves working closely with stakeholders, defining business and software requirements, and supporting the product team through the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and challenge stakeholder needs and expectations
• Analyze and evaluate business processes, services, and products
• Assess feasibility and cost/benefit of high-level requirements
• Identify impacts on interfacing systems and solutions
• Create Business Rules, Use Cases, and Software Requirement Specifications
• Define and prioritize User Stories in collaboration with Product Owner
• Support backlog management and ensure stories are "Definition of Ready"
• Collaborate with QA on test case review and functional testing
• Act as the go-to expert for all Mobile Banking functional topics

Your Profile:

You Have:

• A degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or Economics
• 6–8 years of Business Analysis / Requirements Engineering experience (preferably in Mobile Apps for financial services)
• A solid understanding of architecture principles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

You Are:

• An effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• A team player who’s flexible, resilient, and has a positive mindset
• Able to perform under pressure
• Known for your “can-do” attitude
• Fluent in English
