Requirements Engineer in Mobile Banking

Your role

Do you like things done the right way? Do you know how to solve problems? We are looking for someone like this who can help us:

• understand and challenge our various stakeholders

• analyze and evaluate the business processes, products and services

• evaluate high level requirements in terms of feasibility and efforts (costs / benefit)

• identify the impact on interfacing solutions and products

• generate Business Rules / Use Cases and write the corresponding Software Requirement Specifications

• define User Stories and ensure they are prioritized and ready to be implemented (DoR)

• support the Product Owner in managing the backlog

• review test cases and support the testing colleagues in test design and execution

• support the team in any functional topic regarding Mobile Banking

Your team

We plan, lead and implement IT changes toward our award-winning mobile banking app. This is the place for modern tech software development, in a truly international environment with the clear goal of bringing the whole bank into one mobile banking app.

Your experience and skills

You have:

• a degree in business administration, banking and finance, or economics

• business analysis/requirements engineering experience in the financial industry (preferably in mobile apps)

• strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills (you know how to figure things out)

• Some technical understanding of architecture principles

• several years of experience in a similar role

You are:

• an excellent communicator, with strong interpersonal skills

• a flexible, resilient team player with a positive attitude

• able to work under pressure, but still act as part of the team

• known for your can-do attitude when tackling daily tasks

• fluent in English
