.NET Tech Lead

A Loan Management System (LMS) is a web application used for loan servicing tasks. The system is automating many aspects of loan management, from origination (the process of creating new loans) to servicing (managing ongoing loan payments), collection, payments, communication, and reporting.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with C#;
  • experience in technologies: ASP.NET Framework and .NET 5/6, PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, Docker
  • knowledge of OpedIddict, EntityFramework, AutoMapper, OData, Serilog, MediatR, Quartz;
  • knowledge of web standards and technologies, including accessibility compliance;
  • experience with perfomance optimizations on DB and application levels;
  • English — Upper-Intermediate

Will be a plus

  • in-depth understanding internals of relational DBs - Views and Materialised View, Indexes, Collations, Date/Time Types, Table Partitioning
  • experience implementing applications supporting multiple time zones

Responsibilities

  • work on a fintech project;
  • generate ideas and ways of project implementation;
  • communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing guidance, recommendations, and explanations as needed;
  • create and maintain technical documentation, including solution design documents, technical specifications, data models, and architectural diagrams;
  • lead a team of 4+ developers;
  • provide an estimate for projects;
  • ensure that the development stages and processes are adhered to
