What you’ll do

Design & build scalable services. Craft clean, idiomatic code in Golang (preferred) or Python that powers everything from booking to report delivery.
Own projects end-to-end. Drive features from whiteboard to production, shepherding architecture, code, tests and rollout.
Optimise for speed. Profile queries, tune caches, and squeeze latency so users never wait.
Keep things reliable. Add monitoring, alerts and graceful fallbacks; debug prod issues with a cool head.
Stay current. Evaluate new frameworks, data stores and cloud primitives—then champion the tools that raise our bar.

Must-have Qualifications

Requirement Details Experience 2 – 4 years building production back-end systems Languages Strong Golang (preferred) or Python; exposure to PHP okay Datastores Hands-on with PostgreSQL / MySQL and at least one NoSQL or caching layer (Redis, Dynamo, Mongo) API design Built and secured RESTful or async (message / event) services Concurrency & performance Comfortable reasoning about goroutines, async workers, task queues Dev practices Git, code reviews, automated tests, CI/CD, containerised deploys

Nice-to-haves

Experience with gRPC, Kafka/NATS or event-driven architectures
Familiarity with AWS (EKS, RDS, SQS) or GCP equivalents
Prior work on high-throughput consumer or health-tech platforms
