Your Role And Responsibilities

• You’ll be responsible for project engagements, including deliverables such as concepts, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and specifications.
• Craft user experiences alongside key product stakeholders to achieve the product's business goals.
• Translate business requirements to end-user needs and create differentiated design solutions.
• You’ll be working with a highly motivated and skilled design team passionate about the outcomes they design and deliver to our users.

Master's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

6-8 years of experience in solving complex user problems through user interface design, creating mock-ups and prototypes, as well as documenting interaction patterns for product UIs.

Bachelor’s Degree in Design (interaction, user experience or HCI), or equivalent professional experience.

Excellent listening, written, verbal communication skills, storytelling, and documentation skills.

Analytical, creative, and strategic thinker – able to develop innovative solutions to business problems.

A portfolio of previous work must be presented incorporating UI designs and/or sketches that demonstrate an understanding of wireframing, interaction design, and design best practices.

Hands-on expertise in use case development, storyboarding, mock-ups, and highly interactive prototypes.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

Master’s Degree in Design (interaction, user experience, or HCI) or related field.

Experience designing for complex systems.
