Golang Engineer

Seer is partnering with Europe’s most profitable fin-tech company as they embark on a major scale-up of their engineering team and we’re looking for exceptional Golang Engineers to join their London HQ.

The Role:

You’ll be part of a newly formed elite engineering squad building high-performance, scalable systems powering mission-critical financial products used by millions. The team is focused on cutting-edge backend development using Golang in a highly distributed Microservices environment.

Key Details:

• 🏢 Location: Onsite in Central London - 4 days per week
• 💰 Salary: £80,000 - £150,000 base (depending on experience & level)
• 🔧 Tech Stack: Golang, Kubernetes, gRPC, AWS/GCP, CI/CD pipelines
• 🧠 Hiring Levels: Mid, Senior & Staff Engineers - open to a range of backgrounds
• 📈 Growth: Rapid product expansion, greenfield work, high-impact role

Who We're Looking For:

• Solid experience with Golang in production environments
• Experience working with distributed systems and scalable infrastructure
• Strong grasp of Microservices architecture and API design
• Passion for clean, maintainable, high-performance code
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, product-driven environment
