SENIOR REACT.JS ENGINEER

Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior React JS Engineer for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Argentina.

Position Overview

• In this role, you will blend creative design with technical expertise to revolutionize our learning management system (LMS) and associated systems.
• Your work will focus on developing intuitive, responsive user interfaces using modern web technologies like JavaScript and React.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will transform user needs into elegant, user-centered design solutions, enhancing learner engagement and satisfaction.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Front-End Developer or similar position
• Strong experience in front-end development, particularly with modern JavaScript frameworks like React.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
• Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Design, or a related field.
• Upper Intermediate English level

• Front-End Development: Code and implement front-end features of our applications using React, ensuring high-quality user interfaces that align with design specifications.
• UI/UX Design and Development: Develop and continuously enhance the front end for our learning platform, focusing on both design and functional implementation.
• React-Based Implementation: Utilize React and its ecosystem to build responsive and dynamic user interfaces, translating design concepts into functional web components.
• Collaborative Design and Coding: Work closely with design and engineering teams to define, code, and implement innovative front-end solutions.
• Performance Optimization: Apply best practices in front-end development to optimize applications for speed, scalability, and user experience.
• User-Centric Development: Engage in user research and feedback analysis to guide the coding and design of intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Standards and Best Practices in Coding and Design: Advocate and implement front-end development best practices within the organization.
• Agile Development Process: Participate in Agile/Scrum methodologies, contributing to both design and coding aspects of front-end development in a collaborative team environment.
