🌟 The Role

We are looking for a Product Manager with an agronomic background to take strategic ownership of the evolution of NODES™, our flagship product. You’ll bridge the gap between users, R&D, and product—ensuring our platform solves real-world problems in agriculture while delivering a top-tier user experience. This role reports to the CTO and the CSO and works closely with the leadership team.

🔍 Responsibilities

·       Lead product development strategy for NODES™, translating user needs into actionable product roadmaps.

·       Serve as the internal voice of the user, particularly for seed companies, agri-input providers, and food processors.

·       Prioritize and define product features in alignment with Calice’s vision and market opportunities.

·       Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

·       Coordinate with R&D to integrate scientific models into the product in a meaningful way.

·       Monitor product performance and feedback to continuously improve and iterate.

·       Help define go-to-market strategies and support commercial teams with technical input.

📚 Requirements

·       Degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field (mandatory).

·       Experience in product management or technical product ownership in agtech or agriculture-related companies.

·       Deep understanding of field trials, crop development processes, and agronomic decision-making.

·       Strong ability to synthesize user needs and translate them into product features.

·       Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

·       Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic startup environments.

·       Full-time availability.

·       Intermediate English proficiency.

·       Intermediate Portuguese proficiency (desirable).
